Responsibilities

Under the immediate direction of the Business Office Director, responsible for overseeing the Billing and Collections of all patient accounts. Position may require working at alternate campus.

Hire, train & supervise billing office employees in billing & collections, prepare month end closings and reconciliations, monitor denial management process. Position will be responsible for the set up and maintenance of the companies billing system including base table setup & maintenance.

Qualifications

Education: Associate's degree preferred.

Experience: At least 5 years healthcare billling environment & 3 years of supervisory experience.

Licensure: None.

Skills: Proficient in personnel management, accounting skills and computers. Functional experience with Windows applications.
