e) External vendors such as printers, ad agencies, consultants, hotel and convention center staff, etc.
3. Outline of key responsibilities of this position:
a) Plan, develop and design educational, marketing/communications and e-learning materials
to effectively advance corporate objectives and messages (includes but not limited to newsletters, brochures, media releases, articles, advertisements, e-vites, and e-newsletters)
b) Organize and plan key corporate conferences. Develop guidelines and provide guidance and support for other corporate events and learning sessions
c) Ensure timely and accurate electronic posting of information/materials on website. Ensure clear design and branding direction is maintained
d) Identify and develop content for social media such as blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc. and coordinate these activities on an ongoing basis to ensure they are kept current and used appropriately
f) Write, design, edit, and proof materials as needed
g) Develop templates and style guidelines to ensure compliance with corporate identity standards and branding initiatives
h) Provide marketing, public relations and communication support as requested.

- Education in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proofreading and editing skills essential.
- Graphic design background a plus
- Web site development/maintenance and social media experience in a business setting
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Organized and comfortable working with complex information in a changing environment
a) 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, graphic design or communications-related position
b) Experience developing variety of materials and working with creative staff and vendors
c) Corporate event planning and coordination
d) Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, InDesign and Photoshop
