The Sales Manager Assistant position is designed to improve operating efficiencies for the Sales Managers of their assigned Region/Segment. This function will also increase overall Sales Manager productivity, allowing more time to be spent customer facing and developing their sales teams.
Review/Manage CTMS requests
Manage Business Card Orders
Manage Office Supply Orders for assigned region/segment
Run sales reports via ProClarity, Cognos and Showcase reporting tools on behalf of Region/Segment
Manage Rep ID Account Change Requests
Review/Process Travel Requests via Egencia
Review/Process Expense Reports
Review/Process Eprocurement requests
Ship packages/letters via FedEx
Facilitate “Scrub” lists
Coordinate team outings for Sales Manager team
Manage Goal Sheets for individual account managers
Assist in general projects & tasks
Ensures routine administrative functions are properly coordinated and submitted in a timely fashion.
Handles confidential and critical information.
