The Vision of Human Capital Analytics is to enable leadership to demonstrate the impact of human capital on overall business performance.
As HR takes a seat at the executive table, there is an increasing demand for the CHRO to demonstrate the strategic impact of HR.
To achieve this aim, HR leadership must be able to clearly articulate the link between human capital initiatives and the overall business strategy, and support this message with aligned and forward-looking reporting and analytics.

We harness business and employee data in organization to address strategic issues around culture, leadership, organisation, learning, demand, productivity and performance; that materially impact our client's business.
The primary role of the senior manager in this landscape is to
Engage with the client account teams and manage the relationships
Help build a sales and growth strategy for the human capital practice working with the client account teams
Demonstrate the value of human capital analytics to client and sell the offerings
Understand client requirements and design appropriate solutions
Manage and oversee delivery of HC Analytics projects meeting the quality targets
In addition, this role is expected to drive strategic project / business initiatives in the area of sales, sales support, offering development and practice development.
The successful candidate should have strong consultative and sales skills, and experience of practical business application of analytics in addition to high end analytical capability.
Travel as required (to 80%)
Minimum of 6 years of analytics experience.
Minimum of 7 years in consulting, client management and sales in the talent and human capital space.
MS in Statistics, Data Mining, Econometrics or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years experience in solution architecting, primarily in human capital analytics
Minimum of 5 years experience with technology platforms and statistical software (especially SAS)
Excellent communication, presentation and client management skills; should be able to lead discussions around Analytics with C Suite Clients.
Deep knowledge of 1-2 industries.
HR Analytics, HCMS or Business HR background with focus on Analytics.
