Description

As part of the Capital One Digital Customer Experience team, the Business Director will set priorities for areas of accountability supporting strategic goals with partnered stakeholders. Manages execution of these priorities, overcomes obstacles and delivers results. Leads teams of analysts, process managers and/or project managers to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve shared goals. Integrates broad business knowledge and analytical insight in developing recommendations and creates solutions to improve current processes. Add more value to our customers online experience!

Responsibilities:
  • Define strategies and set priorities by partnering with business leaders to meet shared goals
  • Accountable for managing various processes such as analysis and reporting and creatively find solutions to issues and new competitive opportunities in core business function
  • Lead the business case development, planning and execution of process and capability improvements and organizational change management
  • Develop learning agenda plans, and perform industry competitive assessments
  • Highlight policy, process and product improvements
  • Create and produce ongoing reporting to senior level executive stakeholders for critical business metrics, valuation allocations, and digital industry performance
  • Develop and motivate project/process managers and analysts
  • Manage direct team
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in quantitative field such as finance, accounting, mathematics or engineering
  • 4 Years Analytical experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or quantitative field such as finance, engineering, accounting or math
  • Project Management Certification, Six Sigma
  • 5 Years experience in Operations / Business Analysis / Strategic Planning
  • 5 Years experience in People Management
  • 5 Years experience in Process Management and Improvement
