LivingSocial is currently looking for a true restaurant insider to support and grow our newly created Gourmet line of business. LivingSocial Gourmet is the place where our members go to find exclusive access to high-end food experiences you can't find anywhere else. As we invest in this vertical we are looking for several early stage stakeholders who are willing to roll up their sleeves and build a business partnering with a world-class network of restaurants across the country.
Sell, retain, and grow revenue from the top restaurants across the Eastern US
Leverage previous restaurant experience to grow the Gourmet brand and bring unique experiences to our members
Hit quarterly revenue goals as determined by the sales management team
Be the advocate for local sales in selling to top end restaurants
Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated success selling, managing, and growing revenue from top restaurants in the Eastern US
Thrives on building a book of business by combining previous experience and self starting in new markets
Demonstrated ability to work across a matrixed sales organization and build key relationships with internal stakeholders
Superior organizational skills and an ability to manage various deal stages in multiple markets
Strong consultative sales and business development skills, along with an ability to roll with change
Ability to customize solutions for merchants and build relationships/partnerships that are mutually beneficial
