SUMMARY OF DUTIES

This position performs a variety of complex medical assembly and processing tasks as a production team member, including performing all technical assembly tasks.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
• Performs one of the following functions:
• Pad Printing
• Soldering
• Catheter operation
• Welding
• SAM machine
• Laser machine
• RF Tipping
• Ensures that product assembled meets quality standards.
• Operates equipment at or above reasonable expectancy levels.
• Performs other related assembly and processing tasks, as required.
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
• Lifting – Not to exceed 50 lbs. – local practice may apply.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma or certificate of leaving.
• A minimum of six months of related work experience in assembly and manufacturing operations.
• Excellent fine motor skills, including the ability to perform a variety of assembly tasks.
• Ability to visually check work performed and identify whether a product has been assembled correctly.
• Ability to follow instructions in performing repetitive tasks.
• Excellent attendance required based on Company attendance policy.
• Attentiveness in performing tasks.
• Pride in performing repetitive tasks well.
