Home Care physician opportunity
Due to home care growth demands of geriatric patients, there is a need for a Family Practice physician to join a group made up of 17 clinicians. The practice provides home care, skilled nursing facilities, AFC & group home services throughout the following counties: Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, St. Clair & Lapeer. No invasive surgeries, however some minor procedures include debridements. The home base office (business only) is located in Warren.
Onsite billing; payor mix is mostly Medicare.
Office hours: M-F (9a – 5p). Weekends are optional.
No call.
Private practice employment (full or part time).
Negotiable salary.
Benefits (depending on employment status) will include Health, dental, vacation, CME, malpractice insurance. 401K with match and life insurance is available. Short-term/long-term disability is negotiable.
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed physician with good interpersonal skills. Wound care management and behavioral health experience is a plus.
