Upscale Boutique Chattanooga area Inn is seeking a full time live-in INNKEEPER for a small Inn that is operated currently as a Bed and Breakfast. The successful candidate must be experienced with all aspects of inn management including accounting, housekeeping, guest relations, breakfast preparation, supervisory skills, etc.The successful candidate most probably has past inn management experience and must live on property as part of compensation package.The successful candidate must be an owner liaison and must handle completely every aspect of the Inn Management.PART TIME MARKETING HELP---also this INN is in need of a part time marketing person who resides in Chattanooga and who can call on local businesses, governmental agencies, hospitals, etc for the purpose of building mid week rooms business. The successful candidate should have some experience in the lodging industry, or some capacity to 'Sell' the Inn to prospective clients, show the Inn, and hold open houses, etc. 1-2 days per week---paid as a 1099
