The Real Estate Equity Portfolio Management team is currently recruiting for a Portfolio Analyst!
In this role, you will provide analytical support to the Portfolio Team including sensitivity and variance analysis of annual operating budgets and business plans, asset valuation models, portfolio diversification, performance returns and attribution and other asset/portfolio metrics as directed by the team. Assist portfolio managers with external communication to clients and consultants.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in finance, business or related field; preferably real estate emphasis. MBA/CFA is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of analytical commercial real estate experience required, preferably in portfolio management. Preference for 4+ years of experience.
Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) required. Ability to communicate analytical information in various written formats is required. Success in this position requires a strong quantitative financial background and the ability to make effective decisions. Ability to work effectively in a deadline driven environment while managing multiple priorities is essential.
Strong excel experience is required.
Knowledge of commercial real estate modeling techniques including DYNA or ARGUS is a plus.
Travel as needed is required, approximately 10%.
