Administer and coordinate all activities and operations related to the Orthopaedic Physician Office. Develops and implements office policy and procedure as needed. Prepares reports and analysis of progress, trends and makes appropriate recommendations. Serves as liaison with physicians to resolve problems, offer information regarding technical procedures, technique or equipment. Coordinates all patient billing activities and directs office staff. Requirements: BS in related field with two-five years experience, or comparable experience of five + years--Work requires four years of clinical technical experience to gain expertise in the principles, theories, procedures and equipment in the clinical area of assignment. Knowledge of statistical reporting, personnel practices, medical terminology and inventory principles.
