Resolves incidents on the Customer Enterprise IT that are outside normal scripted responses. Restores data services remotely using available tools. Implements and/or articulates corrective measures and document that information in knowledge articles.

Basic Qualifications:

• ITIL® v3 Foundations certification
• IAT Level II certification per DoD Directive 8570.1
Bachelors Degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience
