00F23J - Global Credit Scoring Manager
Partner with business and risk management leaders in each GEO/business
segment to define and implement risk management and business solutions
consistent with their go to market strategy, growth opportunities and risk/reward
Provide global project leadership and expertise in building and implementing a
commercial account/channel partner strategy and credit scoring solutions that
integrate effectively into existing systems and processes including (GPO/Partner
Work with HPFS IT and third party vendors to scope, negotiate, contract and
implement effective credit scoring solutions.
Provide expertise in project design and predictive model development in
conjunction with HPFS IT and third party vendors.
Validate model performance
and monitor, track, report and refine ongoing scoring model operations.
Produce and manage project documentation to insure replication of project and
Become proficient in the utilization of rules engine, modeling software, statistical
validation, reporting and analytics tools
Understand fraud risks to each business and develop an effective fraud
management strategy/solution consistent with risk/reward expectations. Integrate
solution into scoring models/rules engine and integrate into existing management
Establish and implement alternate use cases for the use of the rules engine
Manage third party vendor relationship for the ongoing validation/modification of
scorecards and ASP environment.

Knowledge and Skills
Content master in the field of credit, leasing, credit scoring, statistical validation,
channel partner management, fraud risks, process engineering
Ability to interact and influence all levels of the organization (business/IT) to
develop and drive strategy and project/business results

Education and Experience
First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced
degree in business preferred.
10+ years of experience in a credit or collections function.
