Small commercial property management firm seeking a top-notch full time Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant for our Bellevue office.

Essential functions of the position:

  • Property management bookkeeping
  • Payables / receivables
  • Prepare monthly statements
  • Billing
  • Maintenance
  • Automated notices
  • Maintain electronic filing system
  • Field work related to property inspection
  • Prepare Microsoft Word and Excel documents
  • Communicate with clients, tenants, and vendors regarding their specific needs
  • Various administrative duties as needed

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/experience:

  • 3+ years bookkeeping experience (preferably cost center)
  • Use of a property management accounting system (Yardi would be preferred / ideal)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs
  • High level of attention to detail and skilled at managing multiple projects
  • Motivated self-starter, capable of seeing projects through to completion
  • Able to work autonomously when required
  • Creativity in resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Tact with personal communication skills
  • 100% dependable and reliable
  • Property management experience a plus
