The position requires a focus on detail and the ability to resolve issues quickly and correctly. This position will gain knowledge and experience of financial applications. These applications include payroll applications from ADP, internal applications for capturing AP, AR and Fuel information. It also provides a great opportunity to learn the PeopleSoft application. The ability to provide first class service gives this position high visibility from throughout the Corporation. Previous employees who have succeeded in this position have been given key responsibilities in the Company. This position is provided visibility from finance, operations, human resources and the information systems group. Opportunities to develop reports using Oracle Business Intelligence tools like Answers and BI Publisher adds more responsibility to this position. Responsibilities / Job Duties: Respond to service requests from operations, finance and managementSupport activities that structure accounting transactionsReconcile transactions to verify accuracy Supervise the testing of new enhancements or upgradesReconcile, research and resolve transaction or application setup issues Job Relationship: Must be able to interact with a variety of personalities to get the job doneMust support the goals and objectives of the Manager and Finance DepartmentUnderstand the needs of the people using the financial applications Interacts regularly with field operations to maintain the activities they need to book financial actions Qualifications / Skills / Education: Candidate must be aware of the confidential nature of informationExperience in ADP, PeopleSoft, OBIEE, SQL or key business applicationsAbility to learn routine maintenance2 to 5 years of experienceAttention to detail is a must Must be organized and manage multiple activities Presents themselves as professionalMust be Trustworthy and willing to go the extra mileEEODrug-Free Workplace
