The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with the CFO and leadership team to execute on the business’s strategy and commitments. You will be responsible for planning, reporting, contract management and executing the site’s general accounting responsibilities. The Senior Financial Analyst will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives.

Essential Responsibilities

In this role, you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.

In addition, you will:
Lead in the development of comprehensive business / financial forecasts, reports, and analysis in support of assigned organization or work area

Perform special analysis of major issues as required and recommend solutions to complex business issues

Determine business issues that require special analysis and perform that analysis

Assist assigned area in meeting all financial commitments and goals

Evaluate processes and identify improvements

Provide effective leadership as required

Provide expertise in specific area of financial analysis


Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in a financial position

Desired Characteristics

Master’s Degree in Business Administration

Previous experience and willingness to execute general accounting transactions (i.e. journal entries and accounts receivables)

PC proficiency

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues

Extensive knowledge of GE business operations
