Web Engineer for one of our clients in
Arlington

. Secret Clearance or ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance is required.
Experience:
*
Should have expertise in understanding and implementation of Knowledge Management (KM) principles and applications, as well developing and following KM/SharePoint governance plans.
*
Should be able to synthesize and document requirements including requirements of formulations and Analysis of Alternatives (AOA) is required.
*
Implementation of full project life cycle and Configuration Management (CM) best practices, as well as excellent software design, coding, and unit testing skills.
System Administration experience in the following areas:
*
Basic Windows administration
*
Backup and restore procedures
*
Applying patching, STIGS and other Information Assurance (IA) related activities
*
Familiarity with Virtualization (VMware)
*
Anti-virus tools (HBSS, Norton, Symantec, etc)
*
Understanding of Networking fundamentals (routers, firewalls, appliances, etc)
*
Understanding of DoD PKI CAC enablement
*
Experience completing Certification and Accreditation (C&A) documentation (DIACAP).
*
Expertise writing relational database access components for client server or web applications and knowledge of web-based architecture best practices is required, as is knowledge of Capacity Planning.
Software development experience in a web environment in the following:

Active Server Page
*
JavaScript
*
HTML
*
XML/web services
*
SQL applications
*
SOAP applications
*
Designing web-based and mobile computing secured applications.
*
Maintenance experience is required with :
*
Microsoft SharePoint Portal and Share Point Services
*
MS Internet Explorer set-up and operations
*
Internet Information Server (IIS)
*
Windows 2003/2007
*
SWQ (2005/2008) Enterprise Server HP Record management Solution TRIM
*
Site core Content Management System (CMS)
*
MS Outlook and MS Exchange.
Experience in the the following:

Online databases
*
E-Commerce applications
*
Customer relationship systems
*
Online data collection, analysis, and reporting solutions
*
Online customer support
*
Web content management system
*
Web site statistics software
*
Personalized web site content
*
Dynamic creation of images and graphs
*
Secure client areas
*
Secure areas that allow collaboration with business partners
*
Online ordering systems
*
Mailing list administration systems.
Education/Certification:
BS-Engineering or related discipline.
MCSE, MCDBA is required.
DOD IAWF IA Level II Certification (Network+, Security+, etc.)
