Indeed.com is looking for a Director of Sales in the Central Region to drive sales expansion for the National Accounts sales team. This person will manage 10-15 National Account Executives in key markets in Central US. We are in the process of interviewing candidates who have 10+ years of sales experience with 2+ years selling into the Fortune 1000 and larger, National brands. The best candidate will have 2 to 5 years of management experience in an outside sales capacity. Indeed is looking for excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong desire to be a part of one of the fastest growing internet companies in the recruitment space.
Manage a team of 10-15 Senior Account Executives
Direct the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying and positioning of Indeed products and services
Lead new business generation and upselling of existing advertisers
Ensure delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and manage a weekly revenue forecast
Manage daily, weekly and monthly activity to ensure productivity and face to face meetings
Rollout sales business rules, practices and policies to sales territories
Hire, train and manage performance of Senior Account Executives
10+ years of sales experience with 2+ years selling into national/global brands and the F1000
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with interactive media, including pay-per-click products
Tenure within the online recruitment industry is strongly preferred
Familiarity with performance-based advertising products, including PPC recruitment advertising is a plus
Successful track record in sales-driven environments and superior leadership skills
