This great hospital system in the heart of Dallas is looking for an outstanding individual to join their team within their Quality area. This Director will be responsible for:
Management of services delivery by the QM Department and they are to identify cost effective systems needed to support the business of the department relative to business trends, resource availability and change in customer groups and needs.
The Director identifies cost effective systems needed to support the business of the department relative to business trends, resource availability and change in collaboration and coordination of programs and processes with physicians and other hospital employee. The Director identifies and remedies operational problems while continuously searching for performance improvement of systems and operations. Maintains effective communication and develops and recommends policies, procedures and/or programs and processes to improve or enhance the quality,efficiency and effectiveness of outcomes.
5 years progressive experience as manager or director of medium to large size acute care facility
Current RN licensure
Experience to include demonstration of strong leadership skills
Management of personnel, budgets, capital, business planning, markeeting and physician relations
