Shoutlet is a leading enterprise social media software company and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Director to work in our Madison, WI office.
Own the lead generation process - from tagging, scoring, and nurturing to product demo
Drive the strategy and execution of digital demand generation campaigns to grow marketing and sales qualified leads
Provide real-time lead generation campaign optimization
Analyze and report key performance indicators to executive team via lead analytics reports for all parts of the marketing and sales funnel
Manage and mentor a Digital Marketing Team to optimize marketing automation and CRM tool usage
Coordinate content strategies with Corporate Communications and Creative team members
Initiate SEO, SEM, PPC, display, and re-targeting strategies
Report to the Vice President of Marketing
5-7 years of lead generation experience
Expertise in email marketing, marketing automation, and lead scoring
Deep experience building effective, dynamic campaigns selling business-to-business solutions using Marketing Automation software (Marketo, Eloqua, etc.) and Salesforce.com
Proven history of analytics-driven accountability
Experience moving leads through a marketing and sales funnel
Proven track record of driving marketing and sales qualified leads
Experience building high functioning teams
Ability to work within an extremely fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
