Position Summary:

Project ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) offers an extraordinary opportunity for a Systems and Programming Manager. The successful candidate will be highly experienced in directing technical development and implementation. Candidate will have experience in making hardware and software recommendations for new and expanding technologies. The successful candidate will be competent in reporting to high level management, using project management and software development methods (such as Agile), using change management and documentation platform (such as Team Foundation Services) and managing employees.

This is a full-time, benefits eligible position.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; at least 6 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. OR Master's degree; at least 4 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a healthcare or educational environment.
Experience in technical development and implementation
Project Management Skills
Datebase Skills, including Visual Studio and C#
Experience in leading teams
Programming Skills
