Responsibilities Perform the duties of Chief Ethics Officer for Prudential Retirement Oversee charitable giving strategy, budgeting and execution, working with Prudential Foundation and local Community Engagement Councils and Site Leaders; manage Prudential Retirement’s employees’ participation in charitable events in coordination with Human Resources Determine issues that require President’s personal attention and respond/handle on her behalf as appropriate Prepare presentations and talking points for the President on a wide variety of topics, with support from the Strategic Communications team and External Affairs Participate in enterprise level strategic communications strategy and development of messages Working with President and select members of the SLT, develop agendas and oversee preparation of business content for President’s planned periodic meetings (e.g., Retirement Operating Committee, Business Management, Retirement Leadership Team Meetings, Strategic Leadership Team Meetings), as well as unplanned meetings. Participate in most SLT meetings; compile follow up items and ensure completion.
