Customer Relations Specialist Requirements for Customer Relations Specialist: Must have strong math, verbal and written communication skills. High School diploma required, college exposure a plus. Previous experience in the Promotional Products Industry a plus however we are willing to train the right candidate. Proficient PC skills. Must be creative and have good research skills. 1-3 Years customer service experience in office/sales environment.
