Description

We are looking for a strong QA Lead Engineer who has full software development lifecycle experience on new projects and new development. You need to have expert experience with automated and manual testing, test cases, working well with developers for code coverage, regression testing, etc. You will be leading the efforts of quality assurance for a new and innovative product.
You must be able to recommend software and hardware needed for QA. You must be able to document standards and practices. You must be articulate, detail oriented, and be able to work easily with upper management as well as other QA team members and developers. This is a Lead role and you will be in charge of the QA department. So, you must show you have this kind of experience on your resume.
The technologies used for the development of this system is .NET Framework 4.0, C#, Visual Studio 2010, SQL Server 2008/2012 and will be based in the Cloud. Knowledge of these technologies will be critical to being successful in this position.
Responsibilities
Work with software developers and business analysts throughout product lifecycle to ensure quality
Work with code coverage, code analysis, and unit testing tools to ensure quality
Develop and implement test plans/use cases
Automate tests
Assign work to QA analysts and monitor progress
Work with developers to perform root-cause analysis and preliminary problem diagnosis
