Purpose: Implementation and maintenance of the Quality Assurance activities for DLI's product lines. Assist the Director of Quality in establishing and implementing a Qualified Product List (QPL) program for MIL-PRF-55681 (Multi-layer) and MIL-PRF-49464 (Single Layer) capacitors. Assist in the development and maintainance of Statistical Process Control system per EIA557. Assist in the development and maintainance of PPM system per Mil-Std-790. Root Cause Analysis Preparing Failure Analyis Reports Prepare Test Reports and Qualification Reports for customers Contract Review- ML & SL capacitors Prepare waivers and exception memos Assist with the creation and maintenance of QC Specs Prepare Material Declarations & Certifications- RoHS, REACH Customer Service- ML & SL capacitors Qualification Reports- ML & SL capacitors Source inspection activity- ML & SL capacitors Assist with Corrective Action reports (CAR's) - ML & SL capacitors ML & SL capacitor & New Product Qualification testing (Environmental & Mechanical). Design Review- ML & SL capacitors Quality Plans- ML & SL capacitors First Article Inspection- ML & SL capacitors Responsible for planning, organizing and participating with customer visits, Write and update documentation as required
Work Exerience Requirements: 3-5 years of engineering experience in a related field. Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills, effective time management skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrate the ability to analyze, interpret and report data.Education Requirements: Bachelor degree in Applied Statistics, Ceramic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other related field.
