The Web Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for monitoring and reviewing all aspects of hosted websites. Performs multitude of tasks involving software testing, detection and reporting of performance prohibiting issues, compliance testing and analytics review. Will work with management of development and design to take corrective action. Provides reporting and analysis to Director, Web Operations.

  • Responsible for constant analysis of all aspects of any hosted websites, including but not limited to web urls, content, coding for accuracy, tracking tags, 3rd party co-branded sites, authentication of downloads.
  • Identify areas of concern and work with management of development and design teams to take corrective action.
  • Develop project test plans and scenarios which will be used to review and approve web releases. Work with development and design teams to create protocol for testing prior to production releases.
  • Work on designing accountability system for projects, test completion, release schedules, and tracking of all assignments through to projected timeline of completion.
  • Test online speed, usability and member experience and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance is being met for all National guidelines, Web Standards (W3C) compliance and PCI compliance. Proactively test for any compliance or security issues. Work with our Information Technology department to address any non-compliance issues or site security failures.
  • Review member feedback on usability of websites, including National survey feedback.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. A minimum of two years' experience in web QA testing required. Strong project management skills a must. Strong knowledge of web application design and development, including knowledge of Linux, Apache, Windows, HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, site editing tools, and web browsers, as well as website analysis reporting. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to prepare project documentation.
