CWS2 MRAP, a Joint Venture between
AECOM and VSE, is currently hiring, pending award of the MRAP Contract Logistics Support
Services (CLSS) contract for MRAP, RCV and SOCOM MRAP vehicles in Afghanistan,
Kuwait, and CONUS. Join the CWS2 MRAP team and make a positive difference
daily with improving MRAP/RCV/SOCOM vehicle readiness in order to provide save
life and limb saving force protection for our soldiers and marines in
combat.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities
Performs advanced secretarial and clerical duties in
support of CWS2 MRAP CEO and Program Manger. Duties include performing receptionist tasks, preparing general
correspondence, attending meetings & taking minutes, and prepare technical
charts and diagrams. Will manages the CEO
and Program Managers Outlook calendars and schedules appointments. Screens
incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when
possible. Organizes
programs, events, and meetings . Prepares agendas, notices, minutes and
resolutions for corporate meetings. Takes and transcribes dictation and composes and prepares
confidential correspondence, reports and other complex documents. Performs complex and
confidential secretarial functions including developing and typing taped
dictation or written correspondence. Responds to routine external
correspondence. Types memos, purchase requisitions, payment requests and other
department forms and documents. Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files. Maintains confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and
research matters. Makes photocopies as requested by
senior management. Orders office supplies and maintains supply cabinet. Maintains various
database and spreadsheet files as requested by corporate managers. Manages CEO/PM’s travel and expense reports. Performs
other duties as required.
Education Required
High School required, BS preferred.
Experience Required
Three to five years office related experience. Prefer a minimum of two years experience in a
senior or executive secretarial
capacity.
Specialized Knowledge
Required
Proven ability to operate a variety of office machines,
including computers, scanners, copier, fax machine, 10-key calculator and
computer using Microsoft Word word processing, Excel spreadsheet and data
inquiry software; type accurately at a speed of at least 50 words per minute;
establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and
management; demonstrate proficiency in both oral and written communication; and
maintain records and files with precision and accuracy.
Skills Required
Excellent communications skills required, both written
and verbal. Ability to type a minimum of
50 wpm. Strong planning and organizational skills.
PHYSICAL : Must be able to
carry boxes of supplies up three flights of stairs periodically.
SECURITY
CLEARANCE: Must have or be able to obtain a Secret
Clearance.
