We require a senior application engineer team leader capable of:
Motivating a team of support application engineers to provide excellent support to our customers
helping our customers be productive and successful with our Mechanical Analysis software;
capable of meeting demanding response and solution goals;
assist our distribution channel to support their customers;
able to review support trends and develop, review and publish knowledge for our support website;
escalate defect reports to development.
You will be working as part of an international team of support engineers, and will have access to the global resources of the worldwide support team.
You will provide support via web, e-mail, phone, and occasionally train and support customers on-site.
Masters or Doctor qualified in Mechanical Engineering with a Computational Fluid Dynamics specialism or equivalent, you will have knowledge of Thermal & Fluid flow Analysis
A customer oriented attitude is essential, with a genuine desire to help people. Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking and listening are required.
Team Leadership experience with the ability to motivate a team of Application Engineers to meet operational and customer satisfaction goals.
