Responsibilities

Responsible for leading and managing the Retirement Savings Plan Department. Oversees the general operations of the department and directs sales and support efforts to grow the portfolio. Responsibility to ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures as well as relevant government rules and regulations governing IRA products. Reports to the manager of Deposit Products.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent 3-5 years of work experience in financial services or Individual Retirement Account (IRA) planning and 2-3 yeras of supervisory experience. Master's of Business Administration or 4 – 5 years work experience in banking industry preferred. Must have strong knowledge of IRA products and rules and general banking knowledge and experience. Must have experience in product sales and marketing as well as supervisory experience. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills essential for working with personnel of all levels. Must be detail oriented with excellent organization skills to perform multiple tasks simultaneously within strict timeframes. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel required.
