Sterling Based Skin Care Center currently offers an opportunity for an energetic individual, experienced in managing daily operations, revenues growing, and client satisfaction. Should be detail oriented and work well in a team-setting.
-Manage and support a high-performing team of 3- 8 team members
-Foster and ensure team communication of policies, process changes and feedback regarding team performance
-Motivate team members to promote growth
-Provide and ensure outstanding service to our clients
-Resolve client issues according to internal practice
-Manage inventory control of professional supplies and retail products
-Create work schedules, monitor employee hours and submit payroll hours
-Make contributions and changes to processes to increase customer service satisfaction and efficiency
-Perform daily operations, which include the following: open/close of salon, cash handling, supervising physical maintenance of salons, supervising security, receptionist duties and retail sales
-Maintain salon appearance: dust shelving and furniture, sweep floors, wipe down retail displays, arrange retail product, restock marketing materials.
-Assist with opening of new location, including managing contractors, hiring staff and ensuring deadlines are met for launch
5+ years of experience as a manager of Skin Care Center or Spa,
3-5 year experience of marketing advertising and revenue grow.
