Twitter's Growth Product Team focuses on this every day and we are looking for talented, driven and entrepreneurial Product Managers to join us on this mission. The Growth Product Team is responsible for extending Twitter’s userbase by inducing change across the entire product offering. The Growth Team is heavily data-driven and takes an experiment-oriented approach to rapidly explore the space of opportunities and deliver changes that directly impact the adoption of Twitter across the world.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the company-wide strategic direction and translate that into concrete mobile product objectives
Identify the highest-impact product changes to engage and retain users on Twitter
Lead the establishment of a vision and build buy-in across the organization
Drive the full life-cycle of changes from initial concept, through experimentation, data gathering and full productization
Be a driving force in assembling the resources necessary to ship high-impact products and features
Understand the data to develop hypothesis, define experiments to prove (or disprove) them and carry them through to their full conclusion
Define methods for quantifying success (or failure) and ensure that your team has a clear ability to understand and articulate its objectives
Qualifications:
BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field (MS is a plus)
Minimum of three years product management experience Internet products and technologies
Strong quantitative / statistics background to support data-driven decision making
Ability to plan and drive execution of go to market strategies and grow a product from concept to success
History of leading through fast-paced, high-growth, uncertain environments
Clear understanding of Twitter products and a passion for taking them to the next level
Understanding of how large-scale Internet applications work
Experience and interest in designing simple and functional user interfaces
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
