VCA Mission Animal Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our AAHA-accredited, 2-doctor practice in Alhambra, California—located just east of Downtown Los Angeles in the heart of the San Gabriel Valley. The small size, only two doctors, and personal nature of the practice allows us some flexibility with the schedule and creates a pleasant family feel. We work five, eight hour days, every other Saturday and are closed on Sundays. We really are the local family GP practice. Sadly, because we are a small facility we have limited time for mentoring someone and any applicant needs to understand that they would be working a lot on their own. We would love to have someone with surgical skills. Spays, neuters and minor procedures experience is a must but it would be ideal if you were proficient in more complicated surgeries too. If you are interested in a small homey practice, please consider applying below.
