Architects, engineers, designs, documents, or supports business solutions for Risk Management either from as technologist or a business analyst. Has deep knowledge of business functions and mastered their profession. Is a subject matter expert in technology, business, or operations and a thought leader for assisting senior technology or business leaders in determining the current and future direction in their area or related areas. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of technological alternatives, business requirements, and business environments to recommend innovations that enhance and/or provide a competitive advantage to the organization. Provides leadership and guidance on issues of critical importance to achieving business objectives. Has extensive & specific business knowledge or technical skillset e.g. Quantitative skills, Capital Markets, Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Compliance, Legal / Audit, Universal Bank: Typically requires 7-10 years of applicable experience.

This Senior Business Analyst will assume a team lead position and be responsible for data analysis, modeling and reporting support for in support of CSBB Compliance Technology in overseeing and coordinating such data related activities. Qualified candidates will be responsible for driving data analysis strategy, plans and execution of analysis and modeling activities. Candidate will need to be able to communicate and drive influence at all levels of the organization and will work closely with both the business and technology teams to ensure compliance with enterprise policies. Candidate will be directly responsible for ensuring that these activities are performed in a timely and orderly fashion by data analysts and will be directly involved in coordinating the execution of compliance efforts across multiple control functions.
Participates in the development and maintenance of a business and system sourcing strategy and conducts business information process flow studies. Provides integrated systems planning and recommends new or different sourcing approaches and technologies that will enhance current systems and support overall corporate and business goals. Coordinates the execution of system data-mapping analysis of new and existing IT systems to permit development of integrated systems. Interfaces with business areas to ensure all initiatives support business strategies and goals. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities as a team lead. Will have direct reports and will influence and direct activities of the team related to initiatives or operations. Provides input on staffing, budget and personnel. Typically 7-10 years of systems experience.

Engineers, designs, documents, and supports multiple enterprise control functions as a sourcing manager team lead focused on data modeling, analysis and reporting. Strong candidates have a knowledge of the Card, Deposits, Claims, Collections and Fees functions at large institutions and excel at leveraging this knowledge in overseeing the analysis and development of corresponding data sourcing strategies and data model development. Candidates act as subject matter experts in data analysis and provide key input assisting other senior technology and business leaders in determining the current and future direction in their area. Candidates have focused business knowledge and technical skill sets in a key compliance area and knowledge of data analysis methods and tools (e.g. databases, SQL, reporting tools, etc). Candidates will be able to bring together disparate pieces of work into a comprehensive aggregate to enable more strategic analysis. Typically requires 5-10 years of applicable experience.

Qualified candidates will have broad experience in working with business and technology partners to foster and promote strong cross-team working relationships, understand and then use the information gained to guide the development of a data sourcing strategy and new data model development for reporting and analytics purposes. Will need to possess experience and expertise in multiple data and information management platforms and have broad experience in multiple databases, warehouses, and vendor products.

Desired Skills:
Proven track record in working with across silos to develop data solutions. Advanced candidates will have some degree of management experience. Six Sigma and delivery life-cycle management; Experience in large scale, multi-system and platform information strategies and execution.
