As a Senior Financial Analyst within our Medical Cost Management division, you will be responsible for performing various financial analysis including variance, trend, cost/benefit analysis, and financial modeling. Additional responsibilities for this position include but not limited to: Prepare documents and reports for meetings in a timely and high quality manner Serve as finance liaison to business owners for assigned businesses and validate the forecasted and actual savings for projects Provide support for business case development for assigned businesses Prepare detailed documents for monthly and quarterly reports Work with assigned businesses to analyze business cases and understand what is driving performance Conduct cost-benefit analysis, calculate cost impact and benefits of a project using financial models
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related field 3+ years of business/financial analysis experience Strong financial modeling skills Exceptional communication skills - must be able to communicate to multiple levels within the organization as well as communicate to both financial and non- financial audiences Ability to work independently with ambiguous data Advanced level of skill with MS Excel Excellent planning, organizational and problem solving skills Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills Preferred: Healthcare experience Experience working directly with business partners Experience working cross-functionally with multiple business groups Come grow and thrive in our culture of innovation and ideas.
