Primary purpose is to serve the department as clerical support. Excellent computer skills required, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Must have ability to operate basic office machines (i.e. fax, printers, photocopier). Duties include: data entry, telephone back-up, mail sorting, customer service, address verification, return mail handling, etc. The ability to multi-task is crucial to success in this position.
