Wells Fargo Home Equity is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Collector Team Lead by leading our Collections Team.

Corporate Job Description: Fully qualified collector with minimum of Collector 3 level skills. Coordinates and monitors daily activity of a collection team. Has higher level of decision making authority when working accounts. Provides training on policies and procedures. Research and provide guidance to resolve the most complex problems. May work delinquent accounts. May assist with compiling statistical reports and other special projects.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years experience in a direct customer contact, service, or sales environment including 1+ years collections experience.

Minimum Qualifications

- Experience working in a high volume and fast paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)

This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
