The Business Transformation Consultant demonstrates deep Army Audit Readiness subject matter expertise. The consultant develops project plans, performs reviews and analyses, develops corrective action plans and recommendations for client projects. The consultant leads large teams with significant remote/mobile resources. This role requires up to 50%-75% travel.

High School Diploma/GED
At least 3 years experience in Knowledge of DOD financial management policies and procedures and DOD and Army organizational structures
At least 2 years experience in Leading small project or task teams
At least 2 years experience in Group facilitation and analysis on client projects
At least 2 years experience in Knowledgeable of GAAP, GAGAS, internal control over financial reporting (ICOFR)
Security clearance of Resources must be clearable to the DoD secret level prior to beginning work on the contract. The Go
Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
