Organizational Statement

The St. Vincent Medical Group is a statewide network of cardiologists, vascular specialists and primary care providers whose mission is to provide a continuum of care to patients throughout the state of Indiana. A wide variety of diagnostic and treatment options, along with conveniently located facilities, allow testing to be performed on an outpatient basis, decreasing costs while maintaining the highest standards of care.

Department Marketing Statement

St. Vincent Medical Group's Immediate Care Clinic is located in the Fidler Medical Pavilion on the St. Vincent Randolph Hospital campus, in Winchester. This after-hours clinic offers non-emergent services for all ages.


Responsibilities include greeting patients; verifying demographics and insurance; entering patient-specific data into an electronic medical record system; assisting with electronic filing as well as other front office tasks.

The Immediate Care Clinic is open Monday - Friday 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. A part-time schedule example could include: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday of the first week and Thursday, Friday, Saturday of the second week. An alternating part-time associate would work the off schedule.


High School graduate or equivalent is required. One year of healthcare experience is required.
