Aftermarket supplier seeks a regional sales manager for a defined territory. Sales activities also include managing independent sales representatives. The position reports directly to the Director of Business Development who manages their sales activities, sales objectives and sales planning process. The primary function of regional sales manager is to increase sales in their assigned territory while maintaining other objectives based on defined metrics. This is a salaried position (+ incentive plan) and scale is based on experience level. Business related travel expenses are reimbursed by the company. Experience in driveline, lift supports and brake products is preferred. Some overnight travel is required each month and a few weekends per year are spent out of territory. A bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of verifiable successful selling experience is preferred. The position requires being on the West Coast . Automotive Aftermarket or Heavy Duty parts experience is a plus.
