Job Description:
The Marketing
Learning Consultant will support Corporate Human Resources and Corporate
VIP Marketing in a variety of capacities.
This position will be responsible to lead and support the strategic and
tactical efforts in educating marketing leaders, property employees, and other
appropriate audiences on company-wide systems and practices in areas
including but not limited to, VIP/Casino Marketing, Telesales, Revenue
Management, and system-related training.
The Marketing Learning
Consultant will be required to design, implement, and deliver training classes
that support Caesars Entertainment enterprise wide initiatives.


and Needs Assessment:
with project sponsor/business partner to diagnose the issue and provide
appropriate recommendations and solutions.

with business sponsors on a regular basis to update business requirements and
keep them abreast of project status.
relationships with business stakeholders to assess training requests and
determine whether training or talent development solutions/interventions can
successfully address the business need.
outcomes from needs assessments into training strategies which guide the
development effort.
curriculum offerings which integrate business specific needs.
consulting support to senior operation leaders in such areas as critical sales
skills, and job skills system training.
with Marketing leaders and HR in talent assessment and calibration reviews well
as their roles and responsibilities within the overall talent assessment
best-practices and benchmarks across leading training organizations which can
be leveraged enhancing the value of Caesars Entertainment�s tools and programs.


Program Evaluation:
closely with Learning Operations manager to design the assessment tools and
instruments that are used to measure the value and impact of learning
assessment data with business operators and stakeholders responding to any
questions, concerns or feedback based upon the assessment data.
opportunities (synergies of products, services, trips, class research) for
improving Caesars Entertainment�s Learning products and services based upon
outcomes from the needs assessment.
with Learning team on conducting annual Learning program review.

Learning Development

Strategy and Design:
� Effectively design, and develop
training classes across a variety of mediums. Mediums include, but are not
limited to instructor led, online, and distance virtual learning (e.g.
with ISD Manager, by assuming a lead role, in designing learning strategies and
implementation plans which adhere to the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop,
Implement and Evaluate) methodology.
the use of consistent development standards within his/her project team, and across
the function.
identifies gaps in existing curriculum offerings or opportunities for improving
upon existing course programs and develop strategies to address.
best-practices and benchmarks across leading training organizations which can

Project and

Program Management and Leadership:
with IT and business support areas, to better understand systems being trained,
new enhancements and user-identified opportunities for improved

as the key project manager and point-of-contact for learning solutions and oversee
development efforts which address training needs.
and maintain relationships with key corporate and property stakeholders in

with business operators to develop roll-out strategies, train the trainers, and
peer learning materials for content accuracy and quality by leveraging training

coaching and performance feedback to more junior/inexperienced project team
members in such areas as facilitation style, content development and design


Program Delivery and Facilitation:
Support Corporate
Human Resources and Corporate VIP Marketing in educating staff on critical
processes and programs, including SMART, and Sales Skills Training.
classroom, on-site and distance learning training sessions using multiple
channels of media and communications such as Backboard and Skillsoft.
for delivery and facilitation, certification processes and participant
readiness of a wide range of Learning Program content to all levels of
effective classroom management by adjusting style and content as appropriate,

Requirements: College degree in communications, marketing or business management
required; relevant marketing experience will be considered. Three plus years experience in training and development technical
training experience preferred with the ability to understand technical
systems, tools and capabilities and discuss them intelligently Must be able to travel a minimum
of 1-2 weeks per month as needed (50%) Knowledge and experience in
companies with multiple locations and centralized efforts; casino
experience preferred; Caesars Entertainment experience or casino loyalty
marketing experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of various
gaming regulatory implications and Marketing systems a plus � ( e.g. CMS,
WINet, etc) Working knowledge of training
tools strongly recommended � Microsoft Office applications, Blackboard, WebEx,
PowerPoint, Skillsoft, Lectora, Captivate, etc Knowledge of adult learning
theory and proven ability to apply instructional design practices to
curriculum design; Must possess outstanding
facilitation skills with the ability to persuade an audience through
strong delivery, effective listening and good reasoning. Proficient in leveraging a
variety of training mediums, including instructor-led, web-based,
self-paced and blended-approaches to deliver learning solutions across the
organization. Experience in the development
and implementation of training interventions for senior leader/executive
audiences Proven project management,

skills Excellent writing and
