FLSA Status: (Overtime Eligibility):
The Producer/Host will work under the direction of the Station Manager to produce and act as talent on a weekly program highlighting upcoming campus programs and activities. The program will air on SU TV (Stevenson University television)
Current Stevenson University Student actively involved with campus programs and events.
Outgoing personality, public speaking skills, and comfort communicating on camera. Professionalism and enthusiasm for Stevenson University is vital. Ability to effectively gather information about campus events through communication with key campus partners and organizers. Ability to clearly write segments pertaining to campus culture and events. Ability to work nights and evenings in order to attend events on campus. Knowledge of on campus activities. Knowledge of television and film production preferred.
Light work: Exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move object. Fingering, standing and/or sitting, walking, talking and hearing. Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as viewing a computer terminal. Clear speaking voice.
Host weekly entertainment program on SU TV Production of segments including interviews and organizing footage Gathering information on upcoming events and identifying key event organizers and participants Perform other duties as assigned
