Position Summary:
Administer and coordinate Quality Assurance Service activities, including:
- Maintain Quality Assurance Service agreements records and index
- Transmit renewal reminder letters a month before renewal is due
- Process Quality Assurance Service purchase orders for renewal
- Distribute Quality Assurance Service information and pricing to prospective Quality Assurance
Service customers
- Answer pricing and Quality Assurance Service customer questions of a non-technical nature
- Maintain Quality Assurance Service Agreement’s data base
- Assign Quality Manual to new Quality Assurance Service customers
- Maintain Quality Manual controlled document distribution data base
- Ship Quality Manual to new Quality Assurance Service customers
- Compile information for initial shipment, including CD, QM, Class3 error reports, Certificate of
Conformance, etc.
- Compile information updates, including CD, QM, Class3 error reports, QA notices, Certificate of
Conformance, etc.
- Input Seibel information (notify accounting) to invoice for Quality Assurance Service
agreements
- Transmit renewal reminder letters to customers that have not renewed
- Transmit renewal reminder letters to customers that have not returned QA form
- Transmit removal letters to customers that have cancelled Quality Assurance Service
agreements
- Maintain data base of Class3 error report and QA notice recipients
- Enter new Class3 error reports and QA notices into Class3 error and QA notice data base and
distribute for review and issue
- Distribute Class3 error reports and QA notices to Quality Assurance Service customers
- Maintain customer email distribution list of Class3 error reports and QA notices – add new
customers and delete failed email addresses
- Send welcome email to all new additions of the email list describing our process
- Email Class3 error reports and QA notices as they are issued
- Quarterly generate and distribute Class3 error reports and QA notices summaries to Quality
Assurance Service customers by certified mail
- Quarterly transmit Class3 error reports and QA notices summaries to Quality Assurance Service
customers by certified mail
- Bi-annually transmit Class3 error reports and QA notices to all commercial customers via email
blast
- Forward returned mail and emails to CRCs for resolution
- Generate Class3 error reports and QA notices electronic files for addition to our Customer Portal
- Send welcome letter to subscribers of Class3 error reports and QA notices, Quality Assurance
Service customers to get outstanding reports

Administer and coordinate Quality System Training, including:
- Schedule new employee training in Training Manager etool
- Work with process owners to assure that Quality System Training has been recorded in Training
Manager etool
- Other Administration activities as required by CDU managers

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Two year associate degree
- One or more years of relevant experience
- A thorough and careful approach to work; close attention to details and quality
- Ability to establish good working relationships with quality assurance customers,
business operations, technical support and channel partners
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of Word, Acrobat, Excel, and Dreamweaver is desirable
