Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years related experience required. Additional related experience may substitute for education.

DAWIA level III certification or equivalent in logistics is desired. DAWIA level II in Program Management a plus.

Experience with USMC supply management systems highly desired.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications, and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.

Position requires familiarity with the Defense Acquisition Framework and the functions and responsibilities within each phase.

Position requires travel.

Position requires ability to obtain a Security Clearance. Current clearance highly desired.

Job Description:
URS is seeking a Logistics Analyst who can also function as a Program Analyst to support equipment belonging to the Marine Corps Systems Command FSS Targeting Acquisition Team (TAT).

Logistics/Program Analyst support is required for the Ground Counter Fire Sensor (GCFS) system’s incremental upgrade program to rehost GCFS on Marine Corps Common Hardware Suite (MCHS) computers and to become interoperable with the Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS). These upgrades/modifications will address hardware obsolescence issues, facilitate sustainment efforts and conform to Information Assurance requirements.

Responsibilities may include: developing program acquisition documents in support of acquisition designation and milestone decisions, developing; planning and coordinating logistics management; assist the team in providing logistics representation and/or acquisition representation support to Integrated Product Teams, conferences, and meetings; coordinate equipment shipment and track assets; assist with technical publication development and training product review; and provide expertise in supply support functions. Duties could include involvement in acquisition documentation development, statement of work development, Type I documentation, or other actions that support acquisition of a weapons system and performance of other duties as assigned.

The position could require maintaining a desk at the Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico; otherwise, a desk will be in Stafford, VA.
