Responsible for the technology requirements of multiple unit projects, including but not limited to the coordination, design, implementation, development, and support of web applications, and management of server file access. Communicates with others about technology issues, and keeps unit hardware and software maintained and current.
Entry into the applicant pool requires a high school diploma or equivalent and four (4) years experience in programming interactive web sites, with back-end SQL databases, within a .net framework. Employer will consider advanced degrees in lieu of experience. Knows and applies fundamental IT concepts, practices and procedures, including hardware, software and networks, as well as troubleshooting and documentation.
Ability to troubleshoot both standard and non-standard issues is desired. Graduate coursework in computer science, or a related field, and knowledge of, and experience with, server file management, MS Sharepoint, and online communication technology, such as Adobe Connect or iLink Systems, is a plus.
