DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, Sloan School of Management, to lead the account management function for the Office of Communications, Sloan's primary communications department. Will manage internal client relationships, provide clients with counsel on marketing and communications strategy and marshal the resources necessary to complete client projects effectively; play a leading role in marketing strategy for the overall MIT Sloan brand; and lead project management functions within the office. Projects will include website development, print, emails, social media, mobile, video, etc. (more than 80% digital). Will supervise employee staff and utilize freelancers and contract vendor relationships.
REQUIREMENTS: a bachelor's degree (relevant master's degree preferred); at least five years of experience as a senior account manager for digital marketing agencies or for internal agencies at national brands; and significant experience with marketing strategy, client management, and project management for digital communications. Seek an individual with depth of marketing knowledge, both tactical and strategic, who is able to serve as a valuable consultant for client marketing and communications needs. MIT-00009413-R
