Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:
The Call Center Supervisor is the first line management in the FEP Patient-Centered Care program to provide ongoing supervision and coaching of the clinical support staff. The individual is responsible for monitoring inbound and outbound calls via Centre Vu, educating employees on the processes, reporting monthly individual performance stats, quality checking and conducting bi-monthly one on one meetings and team meetings. In addition, this employee will be responsible for but not limited the following:

• Responsible for managing contractual obligations and effectively communicating the importance to direct reports.
• Ability to work in a group environment with peer interaction.
• Occasional Saturdays may be required.

Hours of operation and Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8am-8pm EST.
• Supervisor’s hours to flex within hours of operation. Required Qualifications:
6 years of direct work experience 3+ years as a Manager, Lead etc Healthcare experience Strong communication skills Customer service experience Reporting Microsoft Outlook, excel etc Preferred Qualifications:
CPhT is desired Call center experience making inbound and outbound calls BS degree in business Education:
