Deputy Warden of Programs
Directly supervises treatment programs, records, case management, religious services, library, education, and records departments in compliance with American Correctional Association (ACA) standards, Management & Training Corporation (MTC), Florida Department of Corrections (DC) and Florida Department of Management Services (DMS) directives.
Bachelor's degree in correctional management, criminal justice, public/business administration, education, counseling or other related field and seven (7) years correctional experience required, five of which must be in a managerial capacity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are also required. Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements if approved by the senior vice president, corrections. Valid driver's license in the State of Florida with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.
