Job Description:
We are seeking an International Health Analyst to work
with an important Federal client in the Americas
division. Primary duties would be as follow, but are not

limited to:
  • Providing administrative support to the US-Mexico
Border Health Commission (USMBHC)
  • Provide immediate support to the Branch Director and
International Health Specialist, and coordinate a
number of efforts within the office and across the
U.S. Government and with partner organizations.
  • Work directly with the International Health
Specialist/COR to support the daily management of
the four cooperative agreements and one contract
related to implementation of activities.
  • Work directly with the Branch Director and the
International Health Specialist on a number of
issues related to global health diplomacy.
  • Assist in developing the draft continuation guidance
for Year 3 of the Border Health Improvement
Initiative Cooperative Agreement, liaising with the
Office of Grants Management.
  • Track and review deliverables, track budgets of the
cooperative agreements and contract (over $2
million).perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
  • B.S. International Affairs or Global Health
  • Masters in Public Health ideal
  • Budget Tracking
  • MS Excel
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in contract
management and budgets
  • Experience with expenditure tracking and spreadsheet
development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-visibility
setting, and possess a degree of political savvy
  • Previous experience on global health diplomacy
efforts is preferred. We are particularly interested
in candidates with relevant experience at other USG
agencies, DoS, USAID, or DoD and who have a passion
for public health
  • Fluency in Spanish experience working in bilingual
settings is preferred but not a requirement
  • Government contracting and consulting experience is
strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
skills required
  • Must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder and have
the current ability to pass a public trust
