Requirements

Relevant Certification with American Society for Quality (ASQ). Quality Auditor Certification - CQA, Quality Technician Certification - CQT

5 years of experience supporting quality programs.
Experience developing Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP) for service contracts. Experience with IT and DoD customers are a plus..
Experience developing quality surveillance inspection schedules
Experience implementing QASPs
Experience evaluating and rating standards
Knowledge of Configuration Management processes
Knowledge of DLS products performance capabilities
Expert knowledge of technical and functional requirements for DLS products

National Agency Check (NAC)

Position Description

This is a part time position of 1 week per month.
Quality Assurance Analyst will provide Quality Assurance support for the Distributed Learning System (DLS) service contracts.
Update Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP).
Develop quality surveillance inspection monthly schedules to implement established QASPs.
Complete all QASP inspections IAW the approved inspection schedule and submit the completed inspections to the COR for evaluation and rating .
Monitor the completion of the inspection and receive and document results of the inspection.
Develop and maintain an electronic and hard copy file of all QASP inspections.
Develop and submit a monthly summary for each contract including the results of all inspections to the COR for use in developing the overall quality assessment of the services received no later than the third day of following month.
Analyze and solves quality problems, prepares inspection plans and instructions, selects sampling plan applications, prepares procedures, trains inspectors, performs audits, analyzes quality costs and other quality data, and applies fundamental statistical methods for process control.
