33Across is looking for a high-energy Publisher Development Associate to develop new relationships with key publisher prospects. The focus of the Publisher Development Associate is to establish contact with new publishers, conduct product demos, and follow up with prospects with the goal of driving signups and deployment of Tynt publisher products. The Associate works closely with the VP Publisher Solutions to identify target prospects and close new business. Tynt works with thousands of premium online publishers and this role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of online experience looking to expand their business development and sales skills at the intersection of online publishing and social media.

Understand the needs of online publishers and how social media impacts their business
Develop publisher prospect list in partnership with VP Publisher Solutions
Identify key decision makers at target prospects and establish contact
Conduct product demos and presentations to demonstrate the Tynt value proposition and close new publisher clients
Collect and communicate feedback from publishers to Product Development team in order to enhance the Tynt product suite
Partner with Account Management team to ensure smooth post-deployment relationships with new clients
Maintain key customer and opportunity information in
Strong verbal/written communication skills, with ability to articulate a data-driven point of view
Self-starter who enjoys developing new client relationships
Passion for, and familiarity with, online publishing, advertising, and social media technologies
High-energy personality with superior time management skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
1-3 yrs of online experience
B.A. degree required
